Bye, bye September!
The end of summer means it’s time to return to the city from the country and it’s always a bittersweet moment.
I love easy and slow living in the countryside, but I also love bookstores, coffee shops, and city living. I guess that will always be like that, spring and summer in the country – autumn and winter in the city. How do you like it? Are you more cottagecore or academia?
I also love September because it means that the academic year is starting. The influx of students always inspires me to do something new, daring, and fun.
At the beginning of September, it looked like the pandemic’s situation was under control, so I went for the first time in 3 months to a few bookstores and coffee shops. And let me tell you, it was amazing.
Walking through the bookstore even with a mask on was very uplifting. I purchased a lot of books, bookmarks, and stationery.

I mostly visited coffee shops in the morning and sat outside. We were blessed with unusually warm September, so alfresco dining was a pleasure. I can’t wait for the world to go back to normal.
Please tell me how you spent September. Are you looking forward to cooler months? What do you miss the most to go back to normal? I will see you soon in another blog post.
