Hello May! 🙂
April is my favorite month, it’s my birth month and for me it marks beginning of something new – new season and new year for me. 🙂 So naturally I was very excited for April and all the wonders that it brings. But this year my birthday kinda sucked and the month itself was super cold, rainy and even snowy.
One of the few bright things of April was Fairy Loot. If you don’t know what Fairy Loot is let me introduce you to one of the best bookbox subscriptions on the market right now. They are based in UK and they ship worldwide!
I ordered my first Fairy Loot in February and it was a hard one to get since they sold out within hours. Now I have monthly subscription and April box is my third from Fairy Loot.
April theme was Dreams & Wishes! This spoiler card is so beautiful and dreamy. It reminded me of Edema Ruh and starry nights.

1. To The Stars Ceramic Mug by Risa Rodil
The first thing that I saw in box (beside card) was this gorgeous ACOMAF inspired mug. Mug is designed exclusively for Fairy Loot by Risa Rodil. Mug is dishwasher and microwave safe which is something that is super important for me. 🙂

2. Tote bag by Miss Phi
Next item and probably my favourite one was tote bag. I am a huge lover of tote bags, especially the bookish ones. This tote bag was made by amazing Miss Phi and it features The Bone Season quote! Since I got this tote bag I have been using it every day and many people asked me where I got it.

3. Gemstone Notebook from Portico
Stunning Gemstone Notebook from Portico joined my notebook collection. I got the Alexandrite one and I love it. It’s too pretty to write in it but at the same time it’s so pretty no to write in it! (endless dilemma) It can’t be seen on photo but the edges are golden. (awwww) 🙂

4. Reverie candle by Meraki Candles
Next item in the box was Reverie Candle. Everybody in my family love the candle and we actually steal it from each others rooms all the time. 😀  The smells of this candle is amazing: mint, marshmallows and candy floss. I don’t like any of these scents in particular but blended they are AMAZING! This candle was made by Meraki Candles and I will definitely get more of their candles.

5. Gorgeous pin by House of Wonderland
Pin is not my usual go to item or jewelry piece (if it counts as jewelry), but this pin is astonishing. It looks like can containing dreams and blue sky. So dreamy! 🙂
6. Follow Your Dreams Magnet
Follow your dreams magnet was also included in this month’s box. It was created exclusively by lovely people at Fairy Loot.
All Fairy Loot books come in black pouch. This pouch is not only beautiful but also usable. If you are travelling and you are caring a book, you can always put a book in this pouch to avoid any damaging.
Book of the month – Given to the Sea by Mindy Mc Ginnis
Book synopsis:
Everyone has a place.
Khosa was born to be fed to the sea, to prevent the kind of wave that once destroyed the Kingdom of Stille. She can’t be sacrificed until she produces an heir, but human touch repulses her…except for the touch of the Indiri.
Dara and Donil are the last of the Indiri, a native race with magic that’s seductive—a force of nature—but dwindling since the Pietra slaughtered their people.
Witt leads the Pietra, the fierce warriors who are now marching on the Kingdom of Stille. The stone shores of Witt’s kingdom harbor a secret threat, and to ensure the survival of his people, he’s prepared to conquer every speck of Stille’s soil.
Vincent stands to inherit the throne of Stille, but has no wife to share it with. When the beautiful and mysterious Khosa arrives without an heir, Vincent knows that his father will stop at nothing to make sure she fulfills her duty. Torn between protecting his kingdom and protecting the girl whose fate is tied to its very existence, Vincent’s loyalty is soon at odds with his heart.
While royals scheme, Pietrans march, and the Indiri struggle to survive, the rising sea calls for its Given, and Khosa is destined to answer
