We are finally saying goodbye to winter, cold weather, snow, welcoming spring, and warmer weather. I can’t believe it’s been a year in lockdown; it seems both shorter and longer. And you know what the best stay-at-home activity is? Crafting. And reading.
I didn’t read much in March because I am in a horrible annual spring book slum, but I did a lot of crafting. A lot of embroideries, to be precise.
I had a lot of fun shopping for embroidery supplies, and then my grandmother surprised me and gave me her old embroidery treads and unfinished canvas work. It saved me a lot of money because embroidery is not exactly a cheap craft. My sister also got interested in embroidery, so it was a great bonding time.
